Schusters’ Printing offers design and layout services for all levels of projects.  Working with our clients from concept to reality, our designers have the ability to develop logos, design attractive marketing pieces and provide solutions to get your company noticed. Our pre-press staffers have been with the company for 40+ combined years and are meticulous in ensuring that your artwork is optimized for the highest quality finished piece. Finalized artwork is output on our computer-to-plate processing machine, producing plates with image resolutions up to 225lpi. This CTP machine creates an archivable and reusable metal plate, which ensures the highest image resolution, pinpoint color registration and less waste.    Whether we design your piece ourselves or you provide press-ready files, you can rest assured that our expertise will result in the best product possible.

We now have the following presses to meet any type of printing needs you may have:

• Heidelberg CD 102 40” 4-color offset press with an in-line aqueous coating unit.  This press is able to print an incredibly wide range of paper weights.  From very thin text, to double weight cover, we can handle it with ease and produce an attractive full color finished product.  

• Heidelberg Speedmaster 102 40” 6-color press with a perfecting unit, giving us the capability to print 4/2.

• Heidelberg SORM-Z 29” 2-color press that allow us to manage many high volume jobs simultaneously.  

• Two Ryobi 3302 for small jobs

Our shop houses equipment to fold a variety of sizes, collate and stitch booklets, pad, laminate and UV coat projects.  Schusters’ employees’ tenure is an average of 20+ years.  With a full staff of experts handling your job from start to finish, we feel confident saying that our attention to detail is second to none.

Our on-staff mail expert has given us the ability to not only prepare pieces for mailing, but also to know the most affordable ways to help our clients’ mail pieces reach their targets.

Schusters’ offers delivery throughout Colorado, with trips up and down the front range many times per week.  We can drop off for proofs and orders, so you will never need to interrupt your busy schedule to visit your printer.
