President
Jeff Schuster, President of Schusters' Printing, has been with the business since its inception. Jeff has over 39 years of experience in the printing business and is continuously bringing the latest in printing technology to his business.
Deryl Elwyn
Operations Manager
Deryl brings decades of experience with mailing services and working directly with the USPS. In addition to his extensive mailhouse knowledge, he has taken the reins to lead our staff into the next phase of full-service printing.
Cezar Dignadice
Production Foreman
Cezar has been with Schusters' Printing for over 28 years. He is highly experienced in operation and maintenance of a wide variety of printing equipment and is committed to quality workmanship.
Mel McCann, Jennifer Tate-Hernandez & Ashley Wiggin
Design and Prepress
Melissa McCann has been with the company since 1999. She possesses knowledge in all areas of layout and design and brings a high level of customer service with her. In her 20+ years working with local businesses, Mel has developed company brands and produces designs that bring a new dimension of marketing and brand recognition to her customers' businesses.

Jennifer Tate-Hernandez joined the Schusters' Printing team in June 2019. A Pueblo native, she is an alumna of then-CSU-Pueblo with degrees in English and Mass Communications. Although a newbie to the Schusters' team, she brings more than 20 years of experience in graphic design and pagination from both sign-making and newspaper industries. She’s enjoys learning the intricacies of printing and getting to know our customers while making their visions come to life.

Ashley joined the Schusters team in the Fall of 2021. She holds a BA in Humanities and Social Sciences with a Minor in Media Communications. Her unique perspective and ambition is highly evident in her work as she coordinates with clients to ensure a polished, professional end product. Ashley is excited to continue growing and honing her skill set alongside a great team.
